System Upgrade in Progress

The Video Security Software has been upgraded. The new versions have several important innovative features. The new features will be posted on the website shortly.

The Free Internet Video Monitoring Service has been upgraded as well. The new service is based on a new database provided a new professional hosting partner.

The guarantee remains the same: the new Free Internet Video Monitoring will continue to be free for the first year for new customers.

For older systems, customers may be unable to connect to your cameras via Internet. We provide the updated software for free. If you bring your computer to our store, we can install the update for you. The in-store installation is free of charge as well.

To make sure that your system can be upgraded smoothly, a better way is to call us for an on-site upgrade service. The minimum service fee which is $85 applies.
